‘Steven Moffat, showrunner for the long-running science fiction show, tells us the eleventh doctor will be in for a change in his attire this upcoming series. Following the departure of companions Amy and Rory Pond, the doctor will reportedly begin to despise his current style as it reminds him too much of the Ponds. “But not the bow tie,” Moffat says with a laugh. “The bow tie stays.”

So….my brain just went to leather jacket with a celery stalk pinned to it with the bow tie and Third Doctor’s ruffled shirts.
